Rob Carpenter

Rob Carpenter is Executive Headteacher of the Inspire Partnership in Royal Greenwich, made up of five local primary schools serving disadvantaged communities. Rob has been a Headteacher for over ten years and has experience of school leadership in a range of contexts.

As a National Leader of Education, Rob supported schools in challenging circumstances including those in special measures. He has a track record of rapid transformation and is passionate about school-to-school support. Rob’s schools are rapidly improving and Foxfield Primary School is one of only five schools nationally to move from an Ofsted category of Inadequate to Outstanding in just four terms. He is also currently working with the Teaching Schools Council and the Department for Education as part of their review team to ensure best practice in Primary Education.

Rob was a director with LLS’ primary team between 2011 and 2012 and has recently rejoined the team.
