Teaching Assistant Reviewer for MITA (Maximising the Impact of Teaching Assistants)

Maximising the Impact of Teaching Assistants (MITA) aims to develop the way that teaching assistants can improve students’ outcomes by working in a whole class setting. It provides training, at different times, for all staff in the school.


Are you interested in joining the LLS team as a Teaching Assistant (TA) Reviewer? We are looking to recruit 22 TA Reviewers to support a project run in partnership with UCL Centre for Inclusive Education and the Maximising the Impact of Teaching Assistants team (MITA), University of East London and funded by the Education Endowment Foundation. LLS’ Lead for this work is Maria Constantinou.
